I don't think it's hypocritical to do that. Even Warren Buffet has been said to change his mind about Bitcoin. It's really hard for some people to discard their beliefs, but they should not be faulted if they change.
That could be a possibility too, though she wanted it to be banned not saying or convincing people that bitcoin would plummet, so I don't think that that's really case,
For most of the people condemning Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, this attitude stems from either ignorance or selfishness. For some people it disrupts their business, like banks and gold merchants.
You are correct. Greed is what makes them say such thing about bitcoin , they thought its only the banks that would continue to thrive
Nope am no sure if that might be her plan , because she cannot force investors to buy and sell, those who want to buy would buy and those who want to sell will sell
