No this site isn't like that. I guess if you'd read the review closely that another person added you'd of found out this:

1. The site is free to join - worldwide no restrictions.
2. Each day you sign into the site and claim your 1 ticket.
3. Each week you can earn 7 tickets for the weekly drawing.
4. You only get 1 ticket a day.
5. On Saturday you go to the site and check the winning ticket.
6. If your ticket was draw you'll win the prize - all you have to do is claim your winnings.

There is no scam here and people are paid. Look on page 1 and you'll see this person's winnings he has posted them here. Plus this site won't spam your email account and it won't sell your email address. It is completely free to join and you don't need to do anything except log in once a day and claim your ticket. Simple as that.

There is basically nothing to do at all on this site except claim your ticket and if your ticket was drawn, then claim your winnings. I think I did see a payment proof on here for a person who won from one of these drawing.
