Rival to Paypal. Lol. It will take them another decade or 100 years before they can be considered a rival to paypal. Way too many merchants are still relying on paypal and paypal alone.

I must say that it is a good news ,however I wonder why the rush . Binance already have their own cryptocurrency and exchange platform .what purpose will this new platform serve?

Well i think it s actually good as people would have many payments method to use, but i think this haven't gotten to that extent of ben a rivary ,since a lot of people are still using paypal

It is possible that paypal is the wallet par excellence at the moment but there are other wallets like binance that are working to have a line of exchanges at the height of the current world.

Yes, I think it is necessary to look at it from this angle. Because as you mentioned, PayPal is not available in every country. I think the Binance application will somehow close this gap.

Binance has made progress by making a type of payment processor, but thus he cannot become a rival to PayPal.
1) With PayPal, we get e-money into bank, from Binance it will take time to get money in the bank.
2) PayPal's problem is its fees, how Binance will compete with gas fees?

I stopped using Paypal years ago as in any dispute it always took the side of the buyer. I know there were many others who had the same complaint. If Binance can keep this fair and low fees they can do well with some marketing and their already large member pool.

I was using it when it was in my country and it did my job somehow, but it hasn't been used in my country for a while. I hope investors will make the most of the competition that may arise.

I don't see anything rivary between them, they are best in their activities that is my opinion, the subscribers choose what pleases them .

In fact, somehow you are right, this situation may not be called a competition. I hope both platforms will quickly implement practices that will favor the investor.

As much as we all would love to not hear it but PayPal is the king to online transactions and is second to none.All you have to do is ensure you try your best to gave everything is in order.Glitches are there but the security is amazing not forgetting the tools within the wallet it provides.The list disclosure of its fourth quarter financial report has scaled its portfolio by 200%.

This is a good one at least let PayPal have s good rivalry now maybe their Monopoly will reduce. This is a welcoming development really

I am yet to use binance pay but seeing the features I would prefer it to PayPal. Binance has been a good platform and market place for crypto currency buying selling and investing so binance pay should meet up to expectations.

I think with the features that binance has alot of people would love to use it especially if it isn't restrictive like PayPal then they will be a hope rival for PayPal
