Can anyone explain step by step how to proceed, I heard I need to edit Robot.txt file of my website.

Then I need to use a WordPress plugin to cloak affiliate links, which one you recommend? Paid or Free?

If you have decent traffic I'm sure you can afford a paid wordpress plugin to cloak affiliate links.

But if you don't... therefore http://wordpress.org/plugins/pretty-link/ would be one of the options.

Pretty Link help you shorten links using your own domain and tracks each hit on these URLs.

This plugin is for 301/307 redirects, will clean your affiliate links and also create noindex/nofollow links.

I use SimpleURLs for affiliate links. And also for the specific set of tracked links, I make use of the pretty Link lite. The plugin is free and if you want additional tracking like locale etc. Then maybe you can go ahead with the premium subscription. I think free plans are good enough for the basic tracking.
