First of all apologies if I posted this in the wrong forum as I am a newbie and this is my first post.
So any tips on how to get people to look at a Kindle book?
Free?
Organic?
Any ad programs I need to sign up for?
Do I need to buy any programs or traffic?

If you're selling a paid item, traffic comes from GPT sites are useless. Use the traffic comes from solo ad. Solo ad sellers have email address of people who are buyers of Kindle book. You just need to choose which solo ad seller you should choose. One of the best if not the most of the best solo ad buy and sell site is Udimi. People that earn more than 100,000 USD every month promoting expensive online income opportunity advertise there.

For comparison, fixed ad in Neobux cost about 80 USD everyday with an average of 250,000 views while 100 views in Udimi could cost as much as 100 USD.

Thanks.
I think I also should add that this book is on Kindle. It has been in there like since July and only about 9 sales. I am looking for info on how to get more people to either buy the book or read it more on Kindle Unlimited.

Depends if you want to spend some money on advertising your book. You can maybe do it on Facebook or any other similar social media website.Make sure you put a catchy description if you do decide to pay for ads. If you wanted to do it for free then I would suggest you to be patient and just advertise it on forums like this one ( if its allowed of course ) , expect some good reviews and obviously with good reviews come good sales.

I think you can advertise on Social media free of charge.Write a review about the book and share it with your friends and followers on Social media, don't forget to instruct them to help you like retweet and share Advertise on forums with your signature. You just to get it out there for patronage.

I think some of the forums and the social media channels can be good for the traffic to the book. and it can be really good in terms of the results to the books and the other ways. I have found out that kindle works better with 99c price till it gets 10 reviews.

Used both paid and free ad on social media, forums and everywhere online. Like people get to know about the book by giving an attractive description to lure people. Keep advertising consistently. It shouldn't be just for a given period

I have a blog and that is where I promote all my contents and that of friends or clients, I also do this in comments sections of blogs and blogs I follow

It's seems your blog is in the same niche as your books. I believe to have good sales then it good to advertise on same blog niche like the content of your books at least your visitors will have interest for the books

promote it on facebook ads with a nice well detailed caption that explains the concept of the book, you can also sell it on ebay, ebay is more used for selling digital products than amazon because prices there are kinda cheaper and it's worldwide, so you are more like able to get more sells there

you can use facebook ADs for it, also you can join books lovers groups on Facebook and talk to members about your book and also answering quora question like what is the best books to read

For books, especially Kindle, maybe try some growing your own Instagram, take it slow, engage with your audience, you'll eventually get there.

is there any affiliate company for fictional ebooks like Clickbank or JV Zoo. That a publisher can get sales from
You can go for the biggest books market on the internet and it's amazon kindle, you can publish your books there and sometimes you get sells without even doing the marekting plan if your book is that good

Yea but was wondering if there is any affiliate company that delt exclusive with Kidle books and marketed individual bools instead of just Amazon general affiliate

Well, Kindle is the trademark for Amazon's E-reader so obviously Amazon is the biggest marketplace. And no, I don't think there's an affiliate network that specialize in Kindle books.

I think there are books you can only sell or get publish at amazon marketplace. I don't think there is an affiliate network that does this. But amazon have good amount of readers

You can use Facebook to advertise just create your site and paste your link on the ads portal and share so the audience can click and buy ,my opinion

In my opinion, marketing is the key to selling any kind of product on Internet. Of course, there is few ways to do:

  • Your own Youtube channel: You can create your own Youtube channel. The main benefit of this kind of strategy is free and you can even make money with it in future. If your content is original and follow Youtube's rules, you can monetize your channel. The bad side of this strategy is the time. To be popular in your niche in Youtube can take few months, at least. Sometimes, a year. So, it's positive because it's free and you can make money with it, but it's bad because it's take some time.
  • You can pay to a famous Youtuber: Again in Youtube, you can paid to a famous Youtuber in your niche. Of course, the main benefit of this strategy is the time and the people you can achieve. If you pay to a 10k viewers Youtuber, in its video, you can have 10k people watching, knowing and perhaps buying your product. In this case, you can pay to a famous Booktuber, for example. Like I said, it's fast because you don't need to build a channel from scratch and you have many people watching your content. The bad side is the money. You need to pay this youtuber to make a video for you. The price of course depends the public he can achieve. More famous, more expensive. So, it's positive because it's fast and you can reach many people, but it's bad because it does can be expensive.
  • You can make the same 2 strategies in Instagram or with a blog. You can create an Instagram page or you can pay shoutout to some famous Instagrammer. The benefits and bad sides are the same.
  • You can pay Facebook ads: It's a good way to promote your product, because Facebook will promote for people who will like your product.
