What according to you are the best sills to learn which is currently traending in freelancing world ? I have heard about web design , do you have any other good skills to list ? And if possible , tell me how do you start off my journey to acquire that new skill so that I become professional and be confident worker in freelancing sites.

In the past, there were lots of trends to learn coding, graphics and so on. Now, a days, there are good number of software that easily done which does not require freelancers any more. However, if you can learn Graphics for 4 years and practical then you could try your luck. There is no definite guideline in information technology world which is bitter but you can have experience by learning your most interested one.

If you are a bit good with the English then become a pro but polishing it through acquiring the skill to start writing essays, articles, thesis, projects, blog post and reporting so much jobs to do if your spoken and written English is near perfect.

i prefer putting programming the list be set your own project with programming and you can start freelancing with it then comes design and VFX

i agree with this, i started trying to learn basic HTML and CSS, i believe its too late for me, but it may help me a lot in the future. like if I am going to do with blogging or other stuff like having my own affiliate sites or that may relate to this. Web development is also a highly recommended jobs online. I need to dig more on some stuffs to learn in this field.

You can just look up in Google to see the list of in demand skills. Apparently, one of the in demand skills in freelancing was virtual assistance. I suppose if you look hard enough, you might find some websites are hiring remote virtual assistants. There are also some free online VA courses that you can learn from as well.

There's also another in demand skill that you can self learn, it's UX design.

i believe and assume that virtual assistance must be a professional freelancing job , because it needs communication skills and need smart people that understand about the domain they are assisting in

One of the best paying and also one of the most productive skill one can learn for freelancing, is video editing, lots of people on the internet are willing to pay good sum of money to get their videos edited professionally

i don't believe that you need a skill to start freelancing , for example , there are a lot of tasks that just require that you need to be the native speaker of a language , so you can translate some website pages or something similar .
but if you're insisting on learn , then i'd recommend programming

I started freelancing with this mindset. Well written English sells alot through both academic and article writing. I have been doing article writing since I started working online and it pays. However, I am soon shifting to academic writing because it pays better.

Freelancing is broad topic, however virtually every aspect of it can easily earn you money though with advance in technology some are fast Fading away with introduction of softwares of DIY especially in graphics design, web development etc but I believe article writing is still available to earn big despite spin writing tricks.

You are right academic writing is more rewarding.my cousin that is into academic writing is really cashing out, because there are few people in that line of writing.i think people don't really like deep writing and literature review so the ones doing it don't lack jobs and they're paid better

There are a lot to learn. I work as a transcriptionist; all you need to do is having proper English, computer and internet and that's it. You can find jobs on transcription websites or some freelancing platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr and PeoplePerHour. But I really think that graphic designers and video editors earn way more. so you can choose whatever you want, even affiliate marketing is really good. Good luck friend.

You can choose between Digital Marketing - Design - Blogging
I suggest you to learn them all because they compelte eachother
you don't need to be professionalin all of them but at least you should have an idea about it
this is what the market is demanding

The best skills to learn for freelancing is webdesign if you have a computer base knowledge, there are so many skills you can sell online some of them are writing skills graphics and anything you love doing

You can learn graphics designing, creating short videos, GIF, images, and kots more of several skills. You can also learn another language to get transcription jobs
