I'm thinking about learning to code, but none of my friends know anything about and I couldn't decide which should I learn first. I have seen some people recommending C or C++, but I'm not sure. If you know how to code, which language did you learn first, and where do you think I should start?

I usually recommend learning Python first, it's fairly easy for beginners and it will teach you the basic concepts of programming, which are applicable to most languages. You could also go with HTML and CSS, if you think you may be even remotely interested in web development (they're easy, although different from most of the other languages).
I can't speak directly for C++, but I've heard it may be troublesome as a first language. You can go back to it after you get the basics down.

I suggest you to go for tutors or a training institute online or offline where you will get from the starting. If you know basics like HTML, CSS, then try online tutorials, but working under someone really get great knowledge.
Let me know where you want to study either online or offline, if you need any more help I can do for you.

What language you should learn depends on what type of application you want to write. If you want to write web applications, some level of HTML and CSS knowledge is necessary plus whatever language you want to use for the logic (JavaScript on the client side or just about any language you can think of on the server side). If you want to write mobile applications, you'll want to learn Objective C or Swift for iOS and Java for Android. If you want to do scripting for games, Lua is a pretty safe choice, though some games may have their own proprietary language.

C and C++ are difficult languages because they don't protect you from writing insecure or exploitable programs.

I will strongly recommend C, C++. Now many people will say Python because it is easy to learn and yes it is very important language to learn, but in my opinion C++ being attached to the hardware gives far better basic understanding of how computers work at the basic level. It will help you throughout your programming career; regrdless of the number of python libraries present out there it is always good to know the basics.

The first language I learned was HTML/XHTML, ten out of ten do recommend, haha! You should be able to learn it in a couple weeks. CSS and HTML are ubiquitous, and if you ever want to have an online presence of any sort it's super useful to know- even places like Tumblr become much more useful if you know how to edit/code your own themes and whatnot. CSS is super self-explanatory, you hardly have to 'learn' it at all.
I believe HTML and CSS are kinda' like the 'basic math' of the programming world. If you want to learn programming you need to become comfortable with them.

Beyond that, I've heard multiple people recommend learning PHP first, but opinions seem to vary widely. Python is another good choice, as mentioned by others here. C++ is obtuse, and I would imagine overwhelming to a newbie. Java is... finicky.
But, any language is better than none! Research them a bit yourself and decide which one interests you the most. Good luck!

Avoid C and C++ there does not seem to be much future for jobs on web for them. As they are more on the desktop and the networking side. And as you can see that programming language has it's set of the issues to learn and work on the learning curve side.

I suggest starting with python, ruby or java and c#. those are the programming languages that seems to be good enough for getting jobs these days. and those languages are lot simple to execute. I can tell you that I have tried these languages and for me that's more than good enough.

You should try to watch in youtube there are several tips on how to get started in programmer.i suggest try to search udemy there's a free tips or you need to pay for it but don't worry there's a benefit when try udemy courses.

Lately I learned a little of css, html and javascript because I wanted to build my own blog, but I knew zero how to start it. It is not so hard once you start and try doing some examples.

Hey, you don't have to know a lot about HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT. There are lots of platforms where you can build your own blog without knowing those things. Like for example, WordPress, WIX, Weebly, and Tumblr.

I recommend C# for you but first you must familiarize the Code of programming most of the time do some search on how you should start building progs it might be hard for you but trust me efforts will be credited as soon you reach the point of hey im done doing this i know how to build my progs but remember if you learn dont be so greedy do step by step

If you don't know those things you will end up with a blog that has absolutely nothing special to offer and has no personal voice.
All these platforms require a certain knowledge, if not to change the themes than to use them to a full capacity.

Every prog language has a high value of paid money . but in my country the highest are those who can do all of the prog language. but before that they will give you an examination for you to pass and get the job you desired to apply. All programmers accept high payments for me .

I think java and C# are the highest paying languages in the market. The reason being those languages are adopted by the MNCs. And so the amount of money being put into maintenance of the projects. It adds up a lot. And it can make anyone's salary higher. So on that scale. I think these two languages are good. Other languages which are good like JavaScript, python, ruby, R and few other languages also pay some decent amount.

Hello brothers and sisters, i can say that the programming languages are important for making good amounts online, in fact it is three years i am looking up for good channels which teach these languages any suggestions please.

No person knows every programming language that exists. It is definitely true that if you know few then you can easily adapt to other ones but in no way you can know every single one :D
