If you want Photoshop alternative then GIMP is one software that you can use. It is free and also has some features which can be competed against Photoshop. And if you want to draw something then Krita is the best option that you have. You can use the tablet with that software and it works great.

Photoshop has 30 days free trial btw.
Gimp is the free alternative, but Gimp is like toddler trying to walk while photoshop is an adult running, you just wont get very far with it.
https://sketchbook.com/ is good program also to draw, but it is equipped only with digital art tools so graphic design will be hard or impossible.
I would just either buy the adobe family products that you need (from illustrator to photoshop) or pretend im a hmm.. charismatic sea dweller with a peg leg and an eyepatch.

I agree that Gimp may not be powerful like Photoshop. But these days Serif seems to have a good photo and sketching editor like Serif designer. It's a bit cheaper than the Adobe. I have learned about sketchbook being free just from the above reply. And considering those who are into sketch and drawing. They can definitely consider using the sketchbook for the graphics design like design icons etc.

Try photoshop it easly and you can start it without effort and free for 30 days as i know just have a few knowledge to using it without difficulties

The digital space is not becoming a lot messed up and I do not think you can be able to see any digital graphic designing software that you are not probably going to pay for it. Canva is the application that I know has so many features in which you can be able to use even without a premium membership but you will still need to pay to get the best out of it.
