You will only start to earn after your account has been approved. Also keep in mind, your application could also be declined. Mine was. But besides that, this is a very great network to work with. They are just a bit picky about who they accept in to their network.

Media.net provides you with contextual ads, display ads and native ads.

These are the two great ad networks that are best when it comes to google adsense alternatives. You can get started with any of them. However, If you want to start earning immediately, just after sign up, without the need for approval, then you should give PropellerAds a trial first.

However, you can also try out media.net and see which one works better for you. But I am pretty sure you will be good with any of these advertising networks.

Chitika ads do not immediately appear, They have Smart ad technology which decides to which ad to display and when to display, this pervents mismatched ads.

Google adsense has not rejected my blog. They approved it last year December and I had ads in January. In February the ads were removed because I am rarely active and traffic is less. AdSense is still reviewing my blog even now. The blog is just 2 years old and posts are twenty something.

I apllied for chitika because I just want to have an experience with monetization and know how I can improve so that when I open my second blog, I won't have problems.

Yes. AdSense is good for websites that get traffic daily. Getting a niche for the second blog I am planning to start will make it easy to target certain people so I can get traffic.

My current website only gets traffic when I share the link and after that, no traffic.

Same with me. In fact in my case I have very limited traffic. I don't know where to look for the backlink. and that seems to be what is stopping me lately. I have to find out ways for making some good traffic source. I am finding the forums. and it should bring some good level of the traffic as well. I don't know if the google adsense is good in that case as an alternative initiallly. so go with the affiliate links for now. and then migrate to the googel adsense and other high paying.

I always share my link on twitter and Facebook. I also only share when I post a new topic. You can also try triberr. It might work for you. I have an account there but I had problems with RSS feed that could allow my posts to automatically appear on triberr.

Join triberr tribes or start yours and you will get traffic.

That's the thing with websites.You have to constantly advertise your website,to get constant traffic.There might be visitors,who return to your website,if they find interesting articles there,but it is few of them.You have to find an advertising method,that pays off the invested sum.

I have no problem with earnings. I want to see how I can make improvements and learn new ways to get traffic. I will look for a niche and open another blog after I learn the best ways to make a blog successful.

No experience yet. Actually, I have read about having a niche from comments on forums. I have never thought of focusing on one thing and even blogging about it. I feel that having a niche is important because it is easy to get traffic from the targeted people.

One thing I can tell you hoestly. Adsense earning is really good. You can't really replace it. there are very few affiliate marketers out there who are going to have the issues with the adsense. and they switch to other programs. and they are developing their own options. so it's possible that they may end up earning more from affiliate ads and the programs than anything. i guess there is a reason why shareasale and other sites are thriving for others.
