From what I've read and upon my understanding Bitcoin , Ethereum , Ripple , Litecoin , Dash , Monero and Bytecoin are in top of the market charts.

In your opinion which is the best cryptocurrency to invest RIGHT NOW?

About bitcoin an analyst says that after the record increase and the aggressive fall , the bitcoin will enter in a stability time (which so far has been proved to be true in the last 2-3 days with a very slow increase) .
I would say the bitcoin will keep increasing but slower for the june 2017.
Also i think bitcoin price drop was due to overloaded network with TXs but now the network is fine and there are no more pending transactions so traders/exchangers will start to perform transactions.
Another important thing is China has resumed withdrawals on one the biggest exchange so traders will resume their activity as well. So bitcoin will increase but not very aggressive and i guess analysts will say " Just wait for bitcoin for a week and watch this time the news" ,it is still in yellow alert .

also lets not forget that Vitalik (founder of ) had a meeting few days ago with Putin himself and some other few nation diplomats in Russia . They were very interested in blockchain technology . This meeting has given more popularity to the ETH.
So yes, its a yes for ETH for 300$ soon

As you can see monday 1 ETH was $246 and guess right now how much is 1 ETH ?

You mean if the ETH price will ever be higher than the bitcoin ?
I think not because :
1. ETH is unlimited as units mined so there is no cap limit.
2. Crypto currency community knows that ETH blockchain and scrypt can be modified with fork ans wallet frozen meaning that ETH developers can seize your ETH if you did something bad (the ETH hacker case) so criminals might avoid ETH .
3. Creating wallet/client , sending ETH is a bit more difficult than the bitcoin. So the ETH is not recommended for a beginner. My opinion is first someone needs to know some about bitcoin first.
4. Every crypto currency need time to get more popular and more used in real life . Even if the ETH is named by some people as BITCOIN 2.0 ,the ETH is still new . Only big companies and corporations can make more popular the ETH faster than the bitcoin by starting to using it at least as blockchain technology.
5. To get the price higher than the bitcoin, the ETH needs to be used in real life more than it is now the bitcoin and this requires time and resources so :
My opinion is that the ETH will not be more expensive than the bitcoin not even in 1 year .
As i said the more corporations will use ETH, the faster its price grows.
Right now due to traders, ETH and other major cryptocurrencies are depending on bitcoin's price evolution. If the bitcoin is dropping down then the other major cryptocurrencies will follow . But this is a huge opportunity to buy altcoins cheaper
Bitcoin will grow sometimes even higher than it is now, and my personal estimation is $4200 by the autumn 2017 and the other crytocurrencies wil grow as well.
Bitcoin's real price it is not yet established ,its just grown artifically by the exchangers /traders.
The real price of a cryptocurrency is decided by its use in real life.
If a specific cryptocurrency it is NOT used at all in real life (parking, shopping, coffee pubs, restaurants) then that cryptocurrency is worth NOTHING. Its price online it is made only by the traders but if the traders/exchangers quit to speculate that cryptocurrency the price will fall.
I can't say that the ETH price will never be higher that the bicoin but i can say if this will ever happen this will not be in 1 year, not even in 2.
However the crypto market has given as surprises so everything is possible but this fact to see the ETH more expensive than the bitcoin i say is less likely probable to happen.

Another important thing is how fast the developer of that crypto is moving to advertise it and to see it implemented as a payment .
Bitcoin doesnt need this anymore its popular, but an altcoin will need it.

I understand, one thing I don't understand is ALTCOIN, bitcoin is not an altcoin? or what is it an altcoin?

Altcoins stands for alternate coins or other crypto currencies.
Bitcoin is the king, others are just alternate coins or altcoins.
Eeverything bellow bitcoin is considered altcoin.

Thanks... Truth be told, I don't have Bitcoin address yet Yesterday I looked and I need to make a wallet first at blockchain firstly to get my bitcoin address right?

Dont be afraid to make a wallet , read carefully :
Yes, the problem is in time as more transactions will gather in wallet history ,which cant be cleared, the fee for sending bitcoin will increase and for example to send 10$ in bitcoin to someone you will need to pay a fee equal to 2-3$ but when you send smaller amounts the fee percent could be higher i mean can reach even 70% of the amount sent but this can happen only later when your wallets grows in transactions (short name tx).
But the high fees are also when the blockchain network is heavily loaded with transactions in pending, so it is not recommended to send satoshi when this bad event occurs .
However the default fee can be lowered manually by you from 70% to lets say 50% which means the transaction will not get confirmations in the first 20 minutes but in 60 minutes ,which i use too. So i know sending money to be confirmed in 60 minutes is cheaper than you send to be confirmed in 20 minutes.
People are saying that a wallet to blockchain is useless if you intend to sell the bitcoin for RON or USD and a wallet on an exchange website is more cheaper to send money but having a wallet on an exchange website is more risky because as you may heard there was hackers which attacked exchanges and stole bitcoin.
In other words, a wallet on blockchain.info could be a bit more expensive than the one from an exchange if youre sending sometimes bitcoin to different addresses but it more safer . I've never heard of blockchain.info website to hacked ever .
You can make a wallet at blockchain.info and you can sell your bitcoin directly to a trusted user from clubptc or bitcointalk and/or you can create a wallet on locallbitcoins website and to sell it from there to a trsusted user from that exchange but i don't know if that exchange requires a photo from your ID in order to verify the account but the blockchain.info does not require any ID because is a simple wallet not an exchange website with wallets.
When you create your wallet on blockchain don't forget to write down on your personal notebook all the details such as those 12 words ,secret phrase ,secret answer in case you forgot password. Also write down (on personal agenda) the wallet ID ( example b232-d23d45-sa12j78-awert4567.. ) + password are required to login and are secret, don't tell them to anyone. In order to not waste time to type all the wallet ID you can copy paste on a notepad file and save it on a usb stick. You wont need to login often to wallet , you can check if you money are sent or received without needed to login as you see my wallet https://blockchain.info/address/15EMX1WRGW6FPi3UHZqCRJv2WLFHZKDVw2 . But when you have to login just copy paste the wallet id from the notepad file and type your password.
Also you can enable 2FA from google but if you think 2FA from google is to complicated to use, you can download and use this https://winauth.com/ , i used it as 2FA on paidverts and is working fine. Just test it before on another website to get used to it then you can use it on other serious websites.
Remember in the wallet settings you'll have to choose which kind of notification to login you want : by phone or by email .
You will receive the new bitcoin address such as 1D4frgS45Hh78s23A5f433a11... (14 characters) ,the bitcoin address is not a secret sensitive information, many people use it for donations, but the wallet ID (the red combination) and password and other questions are secret do not tell them to anyone.

you can save the notepad file with the wallet id on your computer too for faster access not only on flash usb stick but it is not recommended to keep important files on a computer connected to internet if you dont have security on it.
Also writing down on personal notebook the wallet id is helpful just in case you lose the flash usb stick.

for the altcoin earned, i will trade it to bitcoin using changer dot com as an exchanger, or use facuethub exchange service to get bitcoin.
But everyone has used localbitcoin ? to trade with other users, is there need to have identity verification documents required ?
