I'm looking for best cpm advertising networks, can you guys recommend me the best paying cpm ad network?

One of the biggest CPM based advertising networks is Infolinks. They use in text ads instead of regular banner ads, once you hover via underline keyword based text automatically a small pop-up containing advertising is shown, at this point you as a publisher get paid for that impression, it's up to visitor if decide to click or not that advertisement, but you already got paid since this is a CPM - Cost Per Mille advertising network.

Tribal Fusion® have the highest CPM rates and is catalogued among the best CPM networks. Paying NET45 at min $50!

Publishers must have:
+ A minimum of 5,000 unique users per day.
+ Highly targeted, relevant and regularly updated content.
+ Professional site design.
+ An active user base.

CPM rates depends on type of content and traffic volume you've got brother.
Great CPM earnings are offered by advertising.com - leaders in the advertising industry.

There are so many of them.like Adrecover, Adbuff, UberCPM but the one I would recommend is Buysellads.com because it revenue is high up to 75% it accepts all sites with any level of traffic,it is AdSense friendly. it can be used with Google AdSense. One need just $20 in the account to cash out through Paypal.Ads banners are customize to different sizes and payment is quite fast.

Infolinks and chitika are the best Cpm Advertising networks.. They are in the industry from long time.. The networks are suitable for bloggers who didn't get the Adsense approval...

Best? Have you ever reached payout with them? Not a lot of people reached 50$ on the infolinks. and with chitika that network is even more harder. so surely something to be considered as well. I don't think it's a good network to trust. I guess we have to see this working. most of the online websites are not using them anymore. and they are more or less low earning cpm ad networks so that i can tell you for sure.

I have tried infolinks earler.. But i have removed it after using a month or so.. Because they provide very low cpc and thier ads are not clean, horrible user experience.. Didn't tried chitika yet..

What type of ads you need? For popups I would recomended PopAds. $5 payout on paypal, earn on adblock users, good and quick support.

I'd probably recommend Media.net but it does need approval. Even some smaller networks such as Infolinks need one though but they pay lower. I found it extremely hard to earn through it but hey, you can give it a try.

Media.net seems to have good rates during oct to january. so that's something you may want to keep as well. there are some really good ads there. so if you choose to go with that option then that's another thing to consider. I personally think that making ad account and then trying out the ads on different websites would surely work out. I won't be spending much time on low cpm ad networks though. it's not useful in long run. complete waste of time.

we can help, EZmob (Easy mob) mostly works with demand client (advertisers) who either promote their brand / site directly or affiliate offers. Our minimum bid is $0.5 CPM which will connect you to over 100K publishers instantly. You can start with just $100 and integrate pixel tracking to allow us to be able to optimize with you till you've got ROI and we can scale further.

I think media.nnet has a good CPM rate. but they also seem to be having the CPC network. so depending on your site it applies respectively. I'd say the admob seems to be good. i guess we have to check that part.

I have media.net approved account but I earned nothing from this I thing there ads are not responsive and no one click on ads.

The rate you receive will depend on a number of factors, including the quality of your website, the demographics of your audience, and the type of content you're serving. The best way to find out which network is right for you is to do some research and test out different networks to see which ones provide the best results.
