I'm still experimenting on websites so I'm using a free subdomain. But the problem is I can't really confirm the site for some ad networks.

I need a network that gives you small piece of code that you can put on your website (and get paid). CPM and CPC are accepted.

Have you considered getting a free .tk domain or they don't accept this either?
If not the cheapest way to get a .com domain is at Godaddy, only $1 but must be purchased with a credit card that was never used on Godaddy.

Yes, I have tried .tk domain. I tried to register one on Freenom but I there's something wrong with the website cause it keeps saying that my email has been used by someone else.

It's only free for about a year. You're gonna have to pay after that.

Freenom is not working for me at the moment. Keeps saying that my email is already used

We normally pay 2$ CPM for tier 1, but for RON traffic cpm rates are lower some times to 0.01$ on extreme low quality. But LQ traffic is not in our interest thats why now we introduce CPA, CPS and CPL models to buy traffic on based of performance. You can earn as you go

No of visitors are directly proportional to the time you spending on that platform. If you are spending hours on that platform you will get huge amount of visitors from it.

Hello Tipser, please can you confirm if for all the pages that offer payments for the CPM, the time that the visitors should be on the page is 20 seconds? I thought it was 10 Seconds. Will it be 20 seconds for some or all?

You might consider Infolinks or Sovrn. Both of these networks offer a variety of ad formats and can be set up without any site verification. Infolinks is a great option for smaller sites, while Sovrn is a good option for larger sites
