Do you have to rent a miner to make a withdrawal?and can you rent a miner eventhough you already have a balance?

First they said no but now the are doing weird. The minimum withdrawal is lower only 0.00050000 but when i want to make a withdrawal i allready invested al lot they say i have to buy another miner first. They say the automatic withdrawal will be enabled so i did bought a simple one for 0.00100000and made a withdrawal for 0.00300000 but still the same message.

They disabled postings on Telegram and enabled triple earnings on there site for 24 hours but i cannot withdraw.

The moderator i spoke said he was asked to become moderator because he was activly answering questions on Telegram. He said i investedmoney too. He told he was Nigerian :) Lot of scammers in that country i didn't believe he had nothing to do with Bear.
