First of all,i don't know if this site belongs on get paid section.Why?Because you are not earning money.So,why this site?Well if you work with viral traffic,ptp sites and similar,you know how hard is that kind of sites to be accept on traffic exchange sites.So,what i am saying is that if you look for hits on sites like :

Alright,this is noted,it still boils down to making money though indirectly because when once one get the hits on those mentioned sites one can still make money off the sites.So it like a stimulant to make money on other sites.

the site clearly doesn't belong in this section since you can't earn anything from it.. you could've just post it in the Traffic section.. But I guess you wanted just to share a bunch of your referral links in your post.
Anyway.. the site looks generic, simple and I highly doubt that it has more than 5-10 users so it's pointless to waste time there as there are many other well-known alternatives that could be used to get some free traffic.

Actually,i didn't visit every moment,but,site is working ,and,yes,he have members.As i told you,if you are working with those sites,you will earn.Since those sites are sites that are not good for other traffic exchange.

With rotate4all,mostly it's passive income,i already earn more tha 30$,now i have more than 114 on my account,i will wait probably till 15$ 0for cashing out.and on others i'm on5or more,but,i'm not cashing out till 10$.
