Do you think it's possible that in the future banks will accept Bitcoin? At the beginning everyone thought banks are against Bitcoin but it seems like Bitcoin survived for so long and it's still growing. I think soon banks will accept bitcoin for deposits and other transactions because that's inevitable. Whats you opinion?

I hope so. But at the same time Bitcoin and other cryptos have the potential to make banks redundant, That is the reason perhaps why all the banks are wary of bringing cryptos into acceptance. Even here in India, there are bright chances of cryptos being legalized.

I think that banks are going to be forced to bring in crypto to their portfolios if they want to survive and to stay relevent for the customer. On the investment front NASDAQ is going to make bitcoin futures legal in 2019 and I think the banks are going to follow that example down the road.

Banks are scared of cryptos and will take their sweet time before thinking of accepting them. Keep in mind that cryptos are designed to eliminate regulations and banks, so, the two are hard to see eye to eye. In the meantime, its a game of waiting to see who blinks first.

I am very much sure that banks will accept bitcoin. Because very soon the whole world we move in to bitcoin and no one will spend paper cash anymore.
so if this happen, tell what they will be banking for if not crypto currency

I see this working with few countries that have already accepted Bitcoin as a means of payment,it wouldn't be long before the banks start giving and accepting Bitcoin but we can't say same with countries that doesn't even accepts it like a form of payment.

We have 5 banks in Estonia and out of them only 1 is somewhat pro-crypto (not right now though due to money laundering scandals within Estonia) but what's mainly blocking banks from dealing with crypto are the money laundering laws put in place by the government.

If banks start to accept the cryptocurrency. They are going to be losing the ground for lot of things. Govt would fall and also there would be issue of the border based unions and the payments. I think that's one more reason why the bitcoin has to stay anonymous and not accepting that way the price will also rise eventually.

Banks and crypto should just coexist. I wouldn't like the idea of banks involved with crypto, the fiat currency is just OK on its own. Fraudulent practices through banks may probably increase if crypto is officially accepted in banks.

It is up to banks to consider the advantages and disadvantages of accepting bitcoin considering the volatile nature of the coin. Banks and Cryptos can engage concurrently.

Really it doesnt depend on bank or such, consider it as gold, do we ise gold for banking system, its two different circumstances

Crypto currencies keeps growing on daily basis, I have the belief that Crypto currencies will rise to the point of much relevance such that banks will not function effectively without adopting Crypto currency.

I really want them to accept cryptocurrency more ,in my country it's just so unfortunate that the banks have placed a ban regarding çrypto currency trading ,I actually hope they would be able to revoke the ban on cryptocurrency trading ,so that things could get better soon
