What is Balabolka?
balabolka-logo.jpg

Balabolka is Freeware Text-To-Speech (TTS) program it's a Russian language meaning "chatterer". You just open a text file .txt and then save it either as voice file in these formats namely: WAV, MP3, MP4, OGG or WMA file. It can be used to narrate a youtube video, or even read back text from you while you are doing other things at the same time. A time-saver application and not to mention makes you life and time more manageable. It was created by Ilya Morozov

My Part/Role In This Freeware:
I was so pleased with this freeware because it reads back bible chapters and bible books to me and my son, that I volunteered to translate it for free from English to Filipino version so as a tribute to me, they have displayed my name on the about page of groups of translators on all versions. I thought during those time it will be free publicity for me and it did, even until now, a lot of Russian people became my friends in the process. I think I'm proud as a Filipino in the Philippines and consider this as one of my legacy online.

you can also supply your own voice if you want, i think they are accepting donations and even your pronunciations of your own local language.
