Google made an announcement about Adsense and the withdrawal method to be specific, it said that it will stop sending payments via Western Union but payment methods that are available in your country (Youtuber's country) instead, new accounts won't be able to choose it as a payment method and the previous accounts will be still receiving their payments via Western Union till 2021, but after that, they will stop receiving money via Western Union and will be pushed to receive money in the available methods in their country.

i meant new users that registered new accounts after this update and managed to meet the monetization requirements

Even then, I don't think this is too much of a bad news, a good one in fact since Western Union takes a cut whenever people withdraw their money through them. It's better to withdraw our money from Adsense directly to our bank account through wire transfer. No need for middlemen and their fees.

Yeah i prefer that too (i still get no money from youtube, but this sounds like a good method if someone is planning to accumulate money in his bank account for some purpose )

I just saw that announcement in my google adsense account too. Technically it doesnt change anything for me in case i havent reached the minimum amount

you'll reach that amount anytime sooner, as stated above, payments via a transaction to your bank account isn't a bad idea either, except that they push you to create a bank account, and these keep cutting fees monthly etc..

That is my dream. I hope it comes trye soon. A senior blogger told me that transfer via western union give thek better rate of conversion of dollar to our local currency thank bank transfer

yeah you are right mate. and one more, the rate of conversion in western union is better than others. so when google dropped western union, many gonna cry

Even then, what other options they have? If Adsense doesn't adopt crypto as a payment option then most other payment options will end up in the recipient's bank account.

I meant all other options will eventually end up in the bank, Check, EFT, wire transfer, Rapida all of these need banks to cash out.

I'll prefer getting paid directly to my bank account.

I use Payoneer to get my affiliate commissions from Amazon and they take a cut.

Everyone keeps taking cuts.

Yes, it is. Asad news bro I understand your thought, but in India adsense only pays through wired transfer, ww never received iur payments by wester union not before.

With a camera, acting on social media, being famous, not being bound by working hours, having a lot of fans and subscribers, and the money that can be earned from a large audience makes youuber more attractive
