When we apply for a job, we need to submit our resume. And based on this we apply for job interview. Normally, job interview is the platform to know someone's personality and based upon this only we get our job.

Many people face nervousness before going for an interview and it's quite natural too. But, we need to reduce our nervousness, otherwise too much of it will restrict us to give our 100% effort. Did you also ever felt nervousness before giving any Job interview?

Being nervous during job interview is kind of a reflex action especially when one is in dire need of the job, however one might gain some composure if the interview is not as hard as one thinks. What i normally do when am nervous is to take a deep breathe and try to talk to myself silently that i can do this.it has always work for me.

It is understandable to be nervous during an interview due to the fear of failure or being rejected for the job. To conquer nervousness during interview, we must prepare very well anytime we have an interview. This will help boost our Morales and gives us the courage to face the interviewer.

Good preparation is truly the best way to deal with anxiety and nervousness that comes with attending interviews. While the feelings cannot be prevented, knowing that you have knowledge and idea of what to talk about gives you confidence that supressed anxiety and nervousness.

I have the opportunity of interviewing applicants for our department's hiring. It is normal to be nervous so I give the applicant 2 minutes of light conversation to ease up the nerves. Sometimes it is obvious that the difficulty in answering a question is due to nervousness. That needs consideration.
I wish every interviewer would be so considerate to applicants. A large percentage of people get nervous and may even go blank if not calmed.

There is no human who wouldn't feel nervous when going for an interview. It's natural. All you just need do is try as much as to be calm and don't over react. When asked a question, answer accordingly and precise.

True though, nervousness has made alot of persons loose potential jobs that they would have gotten with ease. Most times the interviewers might present themselves in ways that might seem intimidating just to see how you would react.

I always try to go for my interview with a very clean spirit. I try to take deep breaths and practice the questions that I am likely to be asked before I start traveling for the interview in the first place.

For everyone who apply for a job should expect any kind of questions from the commission so may be this question will be very provocative , I think it is better to keep nerves cool .

I've ever felt nervous during my first interview to work as a teacher in one big private college in my country. Though it deprived me from performing well as I ought to but I later succeeded.

That is a great mental prep to do before you go for the interview. It makes you more confident because you realize that you actually have something that you can say to your interviewer.

You are right. To be nervous during interview some times is normal but it need to be reduce.
One need to be well compose and polite during the interview in order to win the heart of interviewee.

Alot of people have lost very good jobs because of anxiety at the interview stage it shows that you do not have confidence in your self and some interviewers count it against the interviewee. So it is good to have a good level of confidence before stepping out to be before a panel.

I think it is even abnormal not to feel nervous while going for interview. Because it means the person is so overconfident and this is even worse then being nervous. We only need to learn how not to be controlled by our nervousness. We can do this by wrong the interviewers as our friends rather than 'semi-gods'.

Most people can't just help it as it more like a reflecx action or state. But the truth is that it's not needed at that point in time, we should train ourselves to control it as you might make mistakes or even forget the simplest thing you know at that point.
Here in my country, finding a job ain't that easy and I guess that's more of a reason why the tension is always high during interview.
Personally, I haven't really been to an interview and I don't even know how am going to act or feel when faced with this situation.

I always feel nervous around people specially if i was the center of their attention.. i don't think there's a way to stop feeling nervous but you will get comfortable soon enough
There a lot of ways of stop feeling nervous especially if you are faced with interviewers. The first thing I always do is that I always imagining I am chit chat with my colleagues that want to know more about me. I always make myself feel comfortable and also engage them in conversations rather than letting the situation be like they are interrogating me.

Feeling nervous well going for a job interview is actually a natural phenomena which can be controlled. It is pertinent to put yourself in check while going for a job interview because being nervous may send a negative message to your employer. It is always best to master the art of self confidence no matter the organisation you are applying for.

Can we really control nervousness I doubt so,if we pay attention to controlling nervousness we will not be able to get the interview done with ease. Preparation for interview is a condition of the mind set and our behaviour as well as posture. Nobody is actually born with the steadfastness, we learn it and master it.

This is quite job interviews 101, you must really show confidence in job interviews so that your future boss would trust you showing nervousness and indecisiveness would just show how you will act when you are put into a spot where you are not comfortable with and almost most of the time during any job you will be put in situations where you will be uncomfortable

I think feeling nervous and anxious when going for a job interview is very normal. You just need to learn to control that anxiety so that it does not prevent you from presenting yourself well and getting the job.
This is actually true, feeling nervous and anxious when going for a job interview is quite normal because we are living beings but it can be controlled. As an employer, if I notice that you are quite shaky and nervous in the process of an interview, it may influence my opinion and my rating about you and all ultimately, you may not be picked considering all the varieties of bold candidates on the line. It's best to put yourself in check.

I think that it is completely natural to feel a bit nervous when you are going for a job interview and most of the time this can actually work out in your favour because if you are nervous you will be more aware of what is happening in interview and also he will not have a sense of overconfidence which can be quite detrimental.
