Digital products such as windows, software keys, ebooks etc ...., is it legal to sell them without authors permission ?

it's a different story when it comes to winrar, i actually made a thread about it here, pirating it won't harm the company at all since the software is free even if it appears as paid, you can read more about it here :
https://www.beermoneyforum.com/threads/thats-how-win-rar-makes-money.87568/

Replied in that thread. And seems you're still missing out some details. Besides, for some time now I've been telling people about how pirating winrar won't harm them that much but they still "but the dev loses money".

I once bought pirated softwares from ebay sellers and when I compare themwith the original it's the exact same programs with full features. If you bought keys and not receiving softwares with full features then you bought it from bad seller.
Are you trying to tell us that there is no difference between the pirated copy and the original copy of the software you bought on eBay or what?

it's possible...but not legal and many people selling items on eBay and my friend bought some security softeware keys and its really cheap...buy the way the lows about the internet are not updated so many third-tier countries used those... so the risk is low here but when counsidering tier 1,2 countries its may cause to jail

Yes, there's no difference between the legal and pirated copy os softwares. There's a handful of them that are fake since some sellers on ebay just want to scam people on ebay, it's up to us to identify which one is legal or not.

Could it be that some scammers buy the real software then pirated the same thing in a different packages and begin to sell it as if it their own work right?

No, the scammers are simply promoting softwares that they don't own and giving people fake keys that won't work after they buy his products.

That's a bad attitude and very likely that why eBay easily suspend accounts because when scamming becomes too much even the genuine people account get suspended.

I think it is illegal to sell someone else's products without their permission. Especially if it is an ebook. You will be sued for plagiarism as the book is not yours originally yet you are selling it like it is yours.

you're right. there's always a statement made somewhere in the book saying you cant sell it. but if you want to sell it in a way like dropshipping, i'm sure if you can talk things out with the owner or producer you could probably sell it and add on your profit.

It is illegal to sell what you don't have right to. Though so many people selling making money online related ebooks does it. But the truth is, it is not legal and they might be persecuted when caught.

I think its illegal and most countries do give strict punishment for those who do so , since the books weren't written by you then why will you want to sell it without the owner consent

Yeah, that is right. But I wonder how one can get the conscent from the owner. I guess you will have to look for contacts, whether an email or phone number online so you can contact him/her.

Yeah after contacting the owner and he or she declines the offer , I guess the person should stop and shouldn't bother going ahead to do it again

You are very right there is a great need to collect the copy right permission from the owner of the book before you can start selling it,digital product can be one of the best product that sell the most online this days, but if it is the one that require copy right permission then you can do that its for your own good.

There are some books that when you open it you will see a copyright message written by the owner warning for any act of privacy , so not following the rule might lead to another thing

Yeah, I have also come across books that have this copyright message. This can be used as evidence of crime if one is caught violating it and selling the books without the author's permission.

It's not at all legal to sell software's or windows key without the owners permission as otherwise the owner can sue you!
Its not good to do so its for your own risk the owner may chose to track you and get you arrested, ebook is what am into right now but I have to ensure that I sell my own personal written product that can give me what I want without seeking for any body permission to sell or otherwise.

Selling of digital products without the authors permission is a violation of the copyright law which is punishable under the law. In some countries, selling pirated copies of digital products can land an offender in prison.

I don't think selling digital products are illegal. I've already seen people getting microsoft keys and then selling them to others, there are even also some who sells pirated games
