That seems extremely shady! $150 and 40 referrals to withdraw first payment. I bet that when you get $150 in earnings and 40 referrals some other thing comes up that you need,

After 40+ referrals and $150 in earnings there is 30-60 days on verification. You just need to send $10 in BTC to get a quick verification - which you of course will not get.

Normaly I will never ask something but I am very desperated because the rent house I am living it is almost falling down and I can not renting something others because the renting price is to expensive for me.
So I am looking for higher incomes so that I can buy a small house for me.

I am sorry to hear about your struggles financially :-( But I don't think these types of systems is what's going to help you. They are all scams.
