Is there any new, up-and-coming cryptocurrency that can be a big competitor in the market in the future?

Hello there, as you asked for a new cryptocurrency that can be a big competitor in future. So, i would say yes there is.
Unfortunately, this cryptocurrency is not for day traders. it is a stable coin and accepted in various projects including real estate.
You can search for that cryptocurrency. It is Rainbow Currency (YEM).

Hey there, wow. I haven't heard of this cryptocurrency before and the idea of it being a stable coin, seems very interesting. However, are there high fees per transaction for this coin like BTC?

No, there is no high fees. the good point that i like is that; this currency has its own Blockchain and the fees is just 1% for each transaction.

In my opinion, yes there is. Nanocurrency (NANO) has potential to eventually become a huge market competitor. Its main advantages are: fee-less transactions (1 NANO literally always equals 1 NANO), eco-friendly transactions (low POW, basically 0 energy required to compute transactions), instant (transactions are sent in the blink of an eye), and most importantly is it continuously being improved to become scalable (multiple stress tests being conducted to improve TPS).

If you want an idea of what a world on NANO looks like, check out this short youtube video titled: Nano - The Power of Digital Money

What also makes Nanocurrency stand out is there teams continuous commitment to development. This has been priority #1 and the team works day and night to improve the code (just take a look at their github commitments). They don't spend money on marketing their project nor on wash trading volume on exchanges. They have a simple philosophy of "do one thing and do it right" because eventually the tech will speak more than any marketing could ever achieve.

Thats just my two cents.

Regards

Oh that is really good then and perhaps it can be used for everyday transactions due to its low transaction fees meaning it has good potential!

A 1% transaction fee is actually really high. Ya sure it is nice if you are doing small amounts ($0.01 to send $1), but just think who wants to pay $100 in fees to move $10,000 or $1000 in fees to move $100,000. It is just infeasible and not economically viable. Honestly, check out the cryptocurrency I talked about above. It literally has 0 transaction fees. This is a viable solution for everyday transactions.

Ohh right, your point does make a lot of sense, as for a transaction of a large amount even a seemingly small fee of 1% will turn out to be a lot, so yeah thanks for this info!

Nano is the best answer in this thread, and will be. If you look for a coin with no fees, green and very easy to use (also important) check out Nano. You wont be dissapointed. Beermoneyforum has nano faucets.

Nano is still on the track.
It keep moving up and up although there is a bit bearish sign and it down a bit. But it might go 0. 70 , there is a chance to get there...

According to me ,nano cryptocurrency is the best to invest right now because I have seen it before almost stable at $1.2 and now it's double less than that , so it's good time to buy nano

I'd say Wienchain is one of the newer coins today. They fund projects and startups in a decentralized system. I've been mining their Wien coins and although the rate is still volatile, it's been going up lately. I'm quite excited for what else is to come for them.

Check out how it works here: https://wienchain.com and https://medium.com/@wienchain/welcome-to-wienchain-d85d2f170716

They're also listed on exchanges like WenX Pro: wenxpro.com
