I suggest you to search about NRG, NIX and WINK. They all have great potential... NRG Gen3 is alive and it's a great coin. I earned more than $180 with their airdrop in december (without referrals).

NRG is the best cryptocurrency that has POS. We can set up a masternode and earn NRG by staking . They also had an airdrop which I received , worth around 100 NRG = $328 (at the time writing).

Yes I also received the "earndrop" the 6th of December ($180) and I sold them for $240 few days later. You can received free NRG in their official Discord channel. The project is strong and the team is really active (50+ members).

You guys are lucky to have been earning big from most of these airdrops, and new coins, I am open to learn the tips. I wish to know the simple meaning of POS ( proof of stake)

It's simply another process to validate block transactions. The 1st mining consensus salgorithm was PoW (proof-of-work) used by Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dash and so on... PoS is another process to do it. For the coins that works on poS, just store them in your wallet (if PoS is supported) and you earn interests on it. I you want to start staking simply, you can use Atomic Wallet, it support staking for 10 different coins (Tron, NEO, Algorand, Cosmos, Tezos...).

Thanks for your detailed explanation. If I get it right the staking we are talking about the here is the same way people stake or predcit football games before they are played ? If yes is it the same football that one will stake with this coins?

There is no link between these 2 domains. "Staking" in cryptocurrencies means another thing.... For example, if you "stake" = "Hold" some Cosmos (the coin) in your wallet you earn 10% yearly interests.
Currently Energy (NRG) is the most interesting coin to stake.

there's this new coin i've been using the past month called Wienchain. they have a governing function within the system, and apart from these technical functions, their "Masternodes" are the decision-makers in the WIEN proposal system, having the right to vote for or against a proposal.
