B2C2 a crypto market maker has now officially halted the trade of the ripple coin, as a result of the ongoing lawsuit that the company is facing from the SEC. Once again, as with teh action of the other exchanges, it seems that this is limited to the US citizens and these restrictions will not be implemented on international users of the coin.

There are reports from ripple stating that they will fight the lawsuit, however with the number of exchanges that are halting trading on the coin, and the number of investors that the coin is losing, winning such a lawsuit may not mean the recovery of the coin. Do you feel that with exchanges halting trading that even a favorable outcome may out the coin too far down to be able to recover from?

True maybe but the ripple company said they were moving out of the usa due to the unfavourably environment condition , maybe it was used to cover up
At this point it is very unclear if this was the reason or not, but I do recall reading that there were some provisions that were even being made in Japan to try and adjust this financial system to integrate the currency as well as a method of payment. Which would be good for Ripple. However having faced this lawsuit already, there is no chance of them escaping this and they will have to face this and come out victorious to move to Japan in the future.

Well lets see but if they later find that ripple is not at fault , Japan might still consider them and things would be okay i think ,,so i just hope ripple could come back to its formal position because things is not looking good currently

Yeah its going up and down ,but there is a force pulling the coin to go down more i think , so even if it go up right now it might not be able to reach $0.50 because of no new investors and the law suit case also
It will certainly continue to fall if Ripple continue to do nothing about it, Until this case is resolved we won't be able to see the price rise like that again. Hopefully they do something and win the case before it reaches 0 or we will see a new Dogecoin.

Yes Japan has been making huge moves in the cryptocurrency world recently and therefore i think that they will still be interested. It is entirely possible that if the lawsuit does not go favorably for Ripple, that they could also create a new currency from Japan and base their headquarters there. However this is just a thought that crossed my mind.

True i think it Might even fall more than the price of dogecoin , because the price of the coin keeps falling every week , i just hope something could be done fast

I think that the value or the recovery of the ripple coin is all dependent on the time taken for the lawsuit. If the lawsuit can be resolved relatively soon in favour of ripple then we might see to a certain extent, a recovery of some of the price. However if the lawsuit drags out, and takes too long the value may be too low to ever recover to the values we used to see.

Well lets see how it goes ,because i have been hoping for the law suit to finish on time before the price get to 0.0004 because that might be the end , because a lot of investors are now investing on bitcoin

Don't mind them. They are trying to let people know that they are legit and they have strict rules. Because as lawsuit is file against ripple dosent mean it has come to its end
It is quite unfortunate for several of them to have abandoned ripple but I am guessing that they are afraid of being pulled down with the company.

You are right. But they can pause trading with ripple like what coinbase did. They let investigation continue and if ripple lose the law suit against them. Then they can think of delist
According to the reports I read, even coinbase was roped into this issues. I really can't say if a lawsuit was filfiled but there was questioning done too.

It is another bad news for xrp coinbase already have deleted and the rate of xrp is decreasing now it will be decreased up to 10%. And those people who have xrp should sell are xrp assets and they should purchase altcoins I hope altcoin will be pumped soon.

They need not to be hurry in making decisions like that. The law suit filed against ripple dosent mean that is end of ripple. Ripple is going nowhere and it will stand back

These crypto exchanges keep delisting ripple, and I think it's understandable considering the ongoing SEC suit, but I'm sure if ripple wins, things could get better for them

Exactly! If ripple had to win their lawsuit then without a doubt they would be able to have a large increase in their price and for those that are holding ripple now, it can result in a major price increase as well. However the risk is high as the SEC hardly ever loses a case.

Some big crypto exchanges like binance have not delisted it yet because they still believe in ripple , i don't know why others are doing so

I hope ripple wins though for the sake of those holding xrp now, but the fact that SEC hardly loses a case is a concern but I'm hopeful because ripple lawyers say SEC claims against ripple are weak

Maybe because they don't want any implications and are waiting for the result of the lawsuit before they would resume it's trading so fingers crossed

Like what application are they actually going to face , because for now if they don't accept or delist it they might lose some xrp investors I'm their platform

Well you have a good point too but I think there is a reason ripple is being investigated at the moment so those exchanges are just trying to distance themselves till then

The investigation is taking too long , i think they have been doing some investigation since last year and something needs to be done fast ,to move the coin development forward

I have seen the ripple company being very confident in this time, however i also know that ripple was requesting some data from bitcoin and ethereum to help them in their case. Not sure if they ended up getting that data to help them. Either way the SEC would have only put in the lawsuit when they have a lot of evidence and i think that is yet to be revealed.

Even sec does not have a concrete evidence yet concerning the case and this would give ripple more edge over the case based on the report i have seen i think , i still dont know why the case is still pending
