B2C2 a crypto market maker has now officially halted the trade of the ripple coin, as a result of the ongoing lawsuit that the company is facing from the SEC. Once again, as with teh action of the other exchanges, it seems that this is limited to the US citizens and these restrictions will not be implemented on international users of the coin.

There are reports from ripple stating that they will fight the lawsuit, however with the number of exchanges that are halting trading on the coin, and the number of investors that the coin is losing, winning such a lawsuit may not mean the recovery of the coin. Do you feel that with exchanges halting trading that even a favorable outcome may out the coin too far down to be able to recover from?

I believe that the exchange sites are halting trade on ripple because they are still waiting for the outcome of the suit . They want to stay safe from SEC investigation

If they later won the fight against sec i don't think things would still remain as before because they really spoilt a very performing coin that is hearing to $1 , and now its heading to $0.10 ?

Recently, many exchanges have stopped trading XRP and it seems that this situation continues.
Watching XRP coins remotely seems like a safer move to me for now.

This is a very good point. I never realized that the exchanges could also be implicated in this lawsuit as a result of them still listing the coin. Interesting take on it. However i think that this will only be able to affect the exchanges that are based solely in the USA. Those that are not based in the USA will not be able to be sued by the SEC as it may be out of their jurisdiction i feel.

This isnt sounding good at all. The delisting is really not palatable news at this time. Ripple needs to win this law suit or else this coin is gone forever. I don't want this at all

Well, in my opinion unfortunately yes. In the sense that, with this interruption, the crypto loses value, therefore it would return to minimum values. Not knowing how long now then to recover.

Yeah definitely the lawsuit affected ripple's price a lot. The price is decreasing day by day and if this continues, XRP will die soon. If they wins again SEC, the price may not get back to its previous position. I feel sad for XRP.

I agree with you. Recovering from a slump like this will be very hard if they are able to win the lawsuit, however if they do win the lawsuit as well there is a lot of confidence that will be built up between them and their users, which could aid in price recovery, however with large investors out of the ripple coin, this may be shortlived as well and seems to be just a temporary solution.

It will be unfortunate for ripple when the outcome is negative. It might just be the end of ripple. I hope ripple will fight a good fight and come out a lot better

Same here . I have faith in ripple because I have invested much in it waiting for a future rise in the price ,after the lawsuit .

Just like others there's still hope for ripples and they are keeping tab on the coin to win the case and comes out increasing it's value and price

I think of the opposite, if they won the fight. With the price that's been dropped a lot. Many investors will hurry to buy again.
The coin is not constantly losing the price. It's doing up and down at this point means someone is still buying huge amounts to be able to get that differences over night.

These are bad times for ripple. Crypto hoarders are dumping the token now because of this challenge. One thing is certain, ripple will get back to its feet and surprise everyone.

It's bvery bad for ripple and I don't think it will rise again on it's foot, many wallets delisted it. And also coinbase is on the discussion to remove XRP from his list.

Do you think that this lawsuit may be a prompting factor for ripple to move its headquarters to Japan if they do win the lawsuit? I know that there was quite a bit of speculation on the movement of the headquarters outside of America.

Yeah its going up and down ,but there is a force pulling the coin to go down more i think , so even if it go up right now it might not be able to reach $0.50 because of no new investors and the law suit case also

I actually thought of this on reading about the lawsuit and I would not be surprised if this was what ripple was hoping to avoid by its move out of US in the first place.

True maybe but the ripple company said they were moving out of the usa due to the unfavourably environment condition , maybe it was used to cover up
