Lots of people today already know about cryptocurrency and the blockchain but most of them only know bitcon. There are alot of tokens out there besides from bitcoin that might be more worth investing in. Though to know If they are even worth it one must know how to properly analyze them. One must read carefully through its white paper, as white papers generally tells you everything about the token. One must know what are the token's main uses, what are the goals of the company behind it and what makes that token unique from other tokens. One can also further research about the developers of the token as there have been cases that scammers have just been fabricating names and making up fake founder and developers. Lots of tokens also depends on its ICO for success, One should carefully observe a token's ICO process, as some scammers over inflate their token sales just to fish-in and scam prospect investors

Yeah that's what I look on to as well before considering to invest in any new project or token. It's necessary to know the history of developers , the previous projects they gave worked with and many other things too.

Until now, I have not invested in tokens, I only analyze the price behavior on the graph and decide to buy (if I do not have the asset) or sell (if I have the asset), that is, I only trade with cryptocurrencies or tokens.

The trending rate , the trade volume and the major points earlier mentioned by the OP are very necessary for us to study, personally most of the tokens or coins on Binance and Bitfinex are worth investing on.

When you say invest in tokens, do you mean buy tokens and hold them for the long term? That I understand by investing in a token

Not necessarily a long time per say but for a time you have made a reasonable profit base on your target sometimes within a week or month some coins value can increase beyond imagination.

Did you see that the YFI token, which many believed to be a scam, was back over $ 40,000?
That token brings them to you, every DEFI project at this time has a lot of opportunity to succeed.

That's very true. It's a first of its kind and it shocked the crypto community. However copy cats are coming up daily scamming unsuspecting victims. We have YFIX,YFIK and others. Tokens were better last year.
I saw a supposed airdrop with the YYFI token, that reminds me of Chinese copies with names similar to the brands they copy.

I have never heard of it before, before investing in any site I always will consider the legitimatecy of the site and how long has the site been existing and also recommendation from mates that have benefit from it....
The appeal of airdrops is that you don't have to invest money, the only thing you invest is time, but those who launch the airdrop have many ways to earn when they obtain a good database of interested parties.

Thanks for this message . You nailed it . Most times people rush into new coins simply because the price is low without checking wether the new coin has potential to rise in near future or not .
