yes you are right about war ,but if you have a good government in office ,he or she could use the wisdom to prevent the war from happening ,the economy can even get affected by climate change and so many other factors ,but surely a good government would be helpful incase there is any particular issues

As far as climate is concerned, I am not sure how exactly does it affects the economy, but natural disasters definitely affect the economy of the country really badly. During the 2004 Tsunami, many investors lost millions of dollars due to a huge collapse of the economical markets caused by the catastrophe.
