There are many states in America that are looking towards the adoption of cryptocurrency and this is a very good thing because it will allow for people to use their cryptocurrency coins more and it shows the confidence that the state has in this financial system. In a recent news article it seems that the public officials and employees may be paid in bitcoin in the future in Miami, and this is according to a statement by the mayor. What do you think about this and do you think that this is too risky for a salary payment?

I think Miami have actually be one of the state in America that seems to be more involved in the development of crypto currency ,I actually hope they don't stop the development

Maimi and Texas taking the baton or lead when it comes to investing in crypto currency. I think they are seeing the potential, hence their great investment In the coin

They should rather not paid in bitcoins because of the high volatility as it is easier for people to lose their value of the assets within a short period of time, they should consider stablecoin and encourage people to invest in cryptocurrency.

That's a good point. It would result in a lot of concerns for the financial position of the population as well. Perhaps they are just thinking of doing this as a percentage.

Well let's see what they are planning to do because as I said it earlier paying in bitcoins might even make it difficult since there is higher possibility that more people can lose the value of their assets, it might even be a wise decision for them to pay in less volatile cryptocurrency.

The mayors of the two States are good risk takers and they have been making significant profit because they stood very firm with cryptocurrencies when China defended on cryptocurrency market.

The important thing is that most people that like fiat money would have converted it instantly to USD which is more appropriate option to be honest ...

When it comes to crypto support in the United States, Texas and Miami come into play. And this will also thrive the activites of crypto market more. I am only concerned with the fact that it is used as salary. The instability of the coin may create another problem. I would advise if they can pay part as bitcoin.

Well you can just get paid in your paxful account and convert it to lightning and in one min you can get your fiat so that's how you can get fixed amount to be honest

A lot of individuals are really interested in cryptocurrencies, and so I believe this is a very good way of helping them to get a good start and hoping they get it right.
I do not believe that there is really any thing risky in paying with Bitcoin as there is sure going to be freedom to decide what individuals prefer. It's a matter of choice.

I love the way crypto is being supported in the US and the plan of taking crypto further should not be delayed at all I think it should be done immediately so that those are still doubting will stop doubting and start investing crypto has come to stay.

The risk attached with it as a salary payment isn't much but using bitcoin as a means of payment is not efficient to me. The gas fee is way too high. Others like tron and solana could serve as a better means of payment.
We hope more people adopt bitcoin.

Yeah, people there are actually interested in cryptocurrency investment and trade and it's a good thing that it's legalized there and they can trade whenever and however they want. I really commend them and I wish other countries will learn from this and adopt this method also. This is because I believe cryptocurrency isn't only beneficial to the people but also to they government so I see no reason why other countries should be skeptical about legalizing crypto.

This is why I'm gonna move to USA because bitcoin is completely legal and people are freely using it. Bitcoin is not even legal in my country so I didn't get any chance to invest in it. @AudraMiller did you buy any bitcoins?
Aren't you from India? Bitcoin is not banned there I think. Even in US while people can trade bitcoin I don't think it is legalized yet. And there are limitations as to exchanges you can trade on as well as the maximum leverage you can trade. This is to protect it's citizens likely from losing their assets

The only bitcoin that i tend to get is the ones that i earn through these forums and i find that it is a great way to have a side income and at the same time i can use this as a way to increase and improve on my cryptocurrency knowledge and my investment portfolio as well. What about you?
