I think you know the lawsuit against XRP. In short, if the decision is made that XRP is a security rather than a coin, then this crypto currency will be history.

XRP is not among the altcoins listed as security and thus I don't see the chance of them being considered as security . I believe the lawsuit is a counter measure for moving out from US

Securities are financial assets that are traceable. They can be used to raise capital by being treated as assets. That is not favourable for Cryptos considering the nature of the coins.

I have not really hard some of the coins mention, is only few that I'm aware like XRP which I know that is because of the ongoing law suit issued against them.

It doesn't matter all they have to do is leave the US and move their headquarters out to other countries. Not all of these coins are at the US i guess?
