This seems really weird.

1) This is technically an MLM, where you buy a product from the main business as wholesale, then sell those products like a vendor.

2) The response I got from the people over there (talking to them through the Private Messaging, they said:

The problem with this is, Amazon Associates is where you direct people to products where the base company handles the sales, not us handling the items and shipping and all of that.

Beyond that, this company doesn't have any reviews besides this one website (https://cryptomode.com/how-to-make-money-on-covid-19-coronavirus-guide/) and this BMF post here.

This is NOT affiliate marketing, this is an MLM, where you buy products as wholesale, then sell the products elsewhere. You take all of the risk and responsibility once you buy the products, and AllofMed doesn't have to do anything about it.

I'm not saying that this site is a scam, but they describe it incorrectly.

The good news about this company is that they accept Payeer & Paypal, a good sign that this company isn't a scam (because with Paypal, you can easily get your money back, I believe it's the same situation with Payeer, just submit a claim saying that you were scammed, explain the situation, and money is awarded really quickly.)
