There are many companies that are getting involved in cryptocurrency and whilst all of them may not be getting directly involved with accepting or selling these coins they are starting to make provisions in some way to show that they are being geared towards the cryptocurrency world. Recently Alibaba has announced that they will be making use of a NFT marketplace on their platform. This is a good thing, however it is quite confusing considering that Alibaba is based in China and they are explicitly against cryptocurrency and their derivatives. Why do you think that this is the case with Alibaba and how would they navigate this? ?

Alibaba Selling Nfts Is Same Like A Company Selling Its Shares For Real Legal Money Its Upto The Investors Who Put Their Money In The Company To Think About Such Moves And Take Focused Decisions

I am also kinda confused about Alibaba accepting or selling NFT. I am still studying the differences between NFT and Crypto currencies.

Nft Something Non Real But Artistic Or Different Unvalued But The Person Buying Makes It Valuable , Crypto Liquid Never Fixed Always Fluctuating In Prices

I think that with NFTs it is actually physical and there are only few of a token made, whereas with crypto it is completely digital. I stand to be corrected though. This is just something i saw online.

You may be right though let keep watching as new opinions pop in because I really wish to know more about NFT in a simple definition.

Honestly speaking, NFT confuses me but I will do a reasearch on it. Initially, I thought it was a token but the thread addresses NFT from another point of view.

Am not surprised that Alibaba have to create their own NFT . Many companies and Institutions have created their own as well , I think it is a new culture for companies

They already started planning a way to boycott cryptocurrency, this just confirmed it, atleast with effect to the ban they can still bank on something for their international transaction.

I'm just sceptical about this report going with the government stance on anything crypto currency. I'm not sure this will see the light of the day but if it does then so be it because I don't get the confusion here

What a weird feeling. In another thread, I read news about how Alibaba resisting crypto, and yet in this thread they're selling NFTs.

probably they are looking for ways they would be diversifying their revenues that's why they would be running and investing on nft ,but the problem is that how are they going to be running the nft in their platform ,atleast there should be a major method they would be making use of in adopting nft development ,it's all going to be good
