@rrodica6 There are several times I got this warning message "Unblock Popup Blocker!!!" when the auto surfing program was running. I have disabled the popup blocker and the auto surfing program was running well, so sometimes I have no idea why I got that warning message. I just got the message again, and I found that there are many popup tabs and keep popping up. I think it might be caused by a website. I am not sure if this is the one which caused the issue - katstat.ru

I read that if we block the ads, our account will be locked automatically. I have already disabled the popup blocker, but I have got the warning message several times since I joined. Is there any issue with the system or how can avoid this warning message to popup, as I don't want my account to be locked. Please advice. Thanks.

Do you suggest me to use another browser to surf? I am using Chrome, and I have already turned off the popup blocker and it's always running well, except for a few times, I got the warning message. Hope you'll get your payment very soon. I have 25000 points now, reaching my first payout soon too.

I checked out the contact page on the website, and they mentioned we shouldn't email them. They advise us to create a support ticket, so I think that's the preferable way to contact them. There is a Support link at the bottom, you can find the creating support ticket link there.

@kaka135 you should submit a support ticket for technical team and they will give advice for what you have to do , if you are registered member you have message inbox were you can send your question and you will get answer for your problem thanks
