I don't have a house listed, but I've used their services and I've had a great experience. I must say that I'm surprised to see AirBnB listed here though. Maybe it's because I never considered it to be an earning opportunity (I don't have a house to lease). Plus, AirBnB is not your typical online earning opportunity. It's like a craigslist for renting houses. But now that it's listed, I definitely see why. It could be a useful resource for those with houses to rent.

The good thing about AirBnB is everyone can use it. They're opened to all countries and there's a market everywhere.

100% sure that AirBnB is legit. Some of my friends earn money by renting out their condominium units while they are out of town. It's also very easy to find places to stay here and most of it are on the cheap end. You really get what you paid for.

So now i have a very spacious place with a complete full room for rental. I would like to know how those who have had quite a good experience to share some tips on how they got good clients. Now that it is going to summer and covid is almost over I think I might just have a chance to get some clients if I set my portfolio right.
