It is not a must that they should accept ,I understand that Africa economy is not mature enough to fully adopt Crypto currencies but they shouldn't ban it let those who can use it to that freely.

There is a clear difference between individuals, organization and a government. Government is responsible for economy security. People can gamble not government.
