Hi guys, I recently signed up for OGAds and am promoting their free Spectacle glasses for my instagram page in the bio. For some reason, my landing page keeps getting flagged as spam and I get a pop up message every time I open Instagram on my phone saying the link is spam (or something similar). The landing page is not the actual affiliate link, it just has a button that takes you to the affiliate link. The button to click the affiliate link goes to a tinyurl link as well (which is the affiliate link).

I've tried using URL shorteners, but my landing page still keeps getting flagged for being in my Instagram bio. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure what you're doing wrong man, but try getting a "Pre affiliate link" landing page just in case.
Something lika a pop up that says "are you over 18? Yes? no?", have them both redirect to the original landing page with the offer.
Too bad i'm responding to this and it has almost been two weeks since you posted it...but hey, hope it helps :)

There are alot of problem in the affiate link so far some pop up ads will give you what you really want I personally am not using any of such program to earn more money online.
Making money online is one of the easy way to earn more by performing individual task so never try program that have so many pop up ads

Not only Instagram does the same to their users but Facebook too. They do not want their users to make use of their powerful medium for free. But they would post the same link once you pay money for advertising. In my experience, Facebook is ready to post even a spam link once we pay them, as I have been spammed by a Facebook ad. See the plans for advertising and do advertise only if it worth the money.

Instagram and facebook both does not allow affiliate links. Also when you are using affiliate links in the ads, you are going to lose the account. They don't allow the affiliates for their own terms and conditions. Also do note that using bit.ly don't work either. I have tried and they deny such ads on their system.

I am planning to sign up for OGAds. I will promote their offers using Instagram. What I will do is I will put a website URL in the bio. The website URL is the website URL of my blogspot page (pre-landing page). In that blogspot page of mine contains a link (this link I will use URL shortener to shorten it and place it in my blogspot page). The link will lead to my wordpress page (landing page). When anyone click on the link will then has to complete the offers.

You noticed that I will not use URL shortener to shorten the website URL and put it in the bio but if I do so, for sure I will get ban. You also noticed that I will not use URL shortener to shorten the link (landing page) and then directly put it in the bio but if I do so, again for sure I will get ban.

What do you think, friends? How is my idea? By doing that, will Instagram ban me?

It seems social media is allergy to affiliate links these days because there refuse to allow ads on their site. This is same with Facebook. Any free ad link will be seen as spam. So if it worth your time and money. You can advertise with them to make your money too.

@tsihmin if you can afford a premium link shortner then go the way it's best & long term solution , your link will be working for approx 30 days , usually free domains are blocked by instagram detection system , paid tools can surpass this with ease for some time as i said

Its very bad that instagram has also adopt this strategy,I can remember promoting one of my paid to shorten url service link on facebook and I immidiately received a warning that the link has been block for violeting their rules .

If instagram has adopt this method it will be difficult to promote some link with them.

for me rather than affiliate link , attach an image of link that redirects to your desired intention , you will be free from blocks of instgram forever

I got blocked many times on Facebook , I don't use Instagram that much , can you explain a little bit how do you do this image-link thing ?!

But, for me, I have watched the video and tried it on Facebook. I encountered a problem.

After clicking on the image in Facebook post that I have created, it redirect to Google Docs. After that, when I clicked on the image in Google Docs, it suppose to redirect to a website but it did not.

I have tried a few times and I still having the same problem.

Anyone have follow the video and tried it and having the same problem as me?

@Mubashar786, you are correct but note that some people prefer to click on link direct while they are online instaead of clicking on image and type the link manuelly,

i don't know if they will block my link if I use backlinks.

change your landing page
Facebook and Instagram don't allow that type of sites, I saw that many times they don't allow any type of sites that can make money for the people I don't know why
so try to build a new landing page more like a good site and try again

Problem is actually from the type of landing page he used because some of them are spam like. Instagram does not allow link shortener is also.

This is always the issue with affiliate marketing even on Facebook it is not allowed for you to post certain affiliate link because they will consider it as a rule against their online community, the best way is just to have a landing page and make it effective that is all.
