Please make a guide for referrels so that newbie get to know how this forum works detailed guide how to work here with everything like which are paid and non paid thread and how to start earning here !!.
As my referrels are asking how to work here and not able to understand this community !!.

First off if you've ever worked on forums in the past you'd know the automatic rules of forums. It is very rude to make all your comments or posts in bold letters or all CAPITAL. This indicate anger and people consider this shouting at them. This won't make your comments stand out anymore and people will start to ignore you.

You have a bad habit of using bold on all of your comments. It is annoying to say the least.

Second off it is easy to work on this forum and any of your referrals can find their way around using the button at the top called Rewards and Rules. They explain all they need to work on this forum and earn money.
