What do you mean by not paid at specified site? I think it took quite a long for necessary confirmations on block chain. Atleast I received my payment properly.

Go to videos section. Copy the link of any youtube video you want to watch in the youtube video link textbox. Hit watch button and watch it for 90 seconds. Then click on get credited button. Do not cover the browser window with another app window or another tab. If you do this the playback will stop.
