Club domains are paid domains like .com .net etc.
Sure...but any site with any domain, even .com can be scam anyway
But I will broke mildredtabitha's theory about .club sites, because I test in my own that Adsgirclub is

What make Adsgrid different from other PTC sites?
I will explain what make adsgrid different from any other PTC site. Peoples who already tried any PTC site will understand me, and peoples who are not familiar with PTC sites can start to learn. Take attention that this is valid in present and that can be changed in future:
1. biggest difference is in GRID section. While all other PTC sites have 5 to 50 chances in GRID where you practically win nothing, and get 1 point (or 0 points) with click, on Adsgrid you will earn from 0.001$ to 0.01$ with every click and also a lot of points (I am exclusive member, so I get 40 points for each click)

So with my 400 daily clicks, if I click all 400 times, I will get over 0.7$ in my balance and 16000 points which is 1,6$ in purchase balance every day. With purchase balance you can buy revenue shares or rent referrals
2. revenue shares on Adsgrid return 150% in 100 days, so you will make profit of 50% with each share, while all other PTC sites who have shares give you 20% profit for 100 days
Free member VS upgraded member...or is it worth to upgrade?
I will calculate monthly earning of free member and exclusive member (like I am), so you will see difference
I really don't have idea does free member have same or less amount of daily ads like upgrade members, but click rate is same. Also pay attention that as an exclusive member you need to click 400 times on grid which is not comfortable for everyone, because you need 2 or more hours for it.
Let's say that free member have same number of ads, as a upgraded member, and let's say that average GRID profit for 100 clicks is 0.15$
So free member will earn daily:
0.04$ daily from ads
0.15$ from 100 daily GRID clicks
and 1000 points from GRID which is 0.1$ (Purchase balance)
So daily profit for free member is 0.29$ or 8.7$ for 30 days
Exclusive member will earn daily:
0.04$ daily from ads
0.60$ from 400 daily GRID clicks
and 16000 points from GRID which is 1.6$ (Purchase balance)
So daily profit for exclusive member is 2.24$ or 67.2$ for 30 days - 16$ (for upgrade cost) = 51.2$ profit for 30 days
So you can see that difference is already big. With thing that as a free member you can have 100 rented referrals, and as an exclusive members 2000 rented referrals, and maximum 10 shares of 1$ as a free member, and 50 shares of 5$ as an exclusive member, difference will be much bigger if we count what you get with purchase balance
