I think they are lying, when you are not signed you can see 2 cents cashlinks, however, when you sign in you will see just once cent cash link (sadly, only two cash links worth once cent are available). The value of cash links for 24 hours is just $0.028.
I believe you need to upgrade in order to earn with this program. So without upgrade is waste of time!
