Please only vote based on your experience with Adf.ly and AdHy.pe

Let's see which is truly the best shortener link/url paying program.

Never heard of Adhy.pe till today, is this url shortener new?
I checked their publisher rates, they have very high payout rates, can you show payment proofs?

@Darren
If they are using adsense, ten why we can't use our ads. I may think it is against terms of services using adsense ads on the url shortener websites. Adf.lv was one of the program that paid to few of my friends, but that is very hardest method to make money from those url shortener sites.

Of course is breaking Adsense terms, How their Adsense account is not banned yet?
When I clicked by mistake my own Adsense ad they banned me instantly.

They may be some other publisher ads or may bought advertisement with adf.lv site. No one going to play with Google as it is easily to get caught. You were a small publisher comparing to that publishers, that is another reason for getting ban to you.
You know there are premium publishers too and the ads show in different sizes.

I registered today this shorten url program and indeed all links you shorten are monetized with Google Adsense and other ads too, I've also looked up on Internet and others noticed this too, these guys at ouo.oi use Google Adsense no doubt about it. Also they promise to count multiple views from same visitor if any and a minimum of $1,5 per 1000 views, now this indeed explains the high rates they offer.

Here's a screenshot:

You wanna see yourself then try this url which I shorten couple minutes ago, in the end it should redirect you to YpayZ.com if you manage to there, you must click several buttons and also several popups/popunders opens... so prepare yourself for worst ads you've ever seen:

@I.C Daniel
If you would using them on any of your site, readers will never visit again. i just clicked the above link and have to give another 2 clicks to follow the url, after that 2 pop up windows opened for displaying ads.
As per the Op Why don't you make your own url shortener site, that could generate more money. Using these types of programs are dead as they works only for PPD sites where you need to hide the direct download link in order to keep the file active.

All those Paid per download sites are dead, so now they wont work and it is a waste of time for promoting them.

Yes I know. They are the worst for monetization since visitors will never ever come back to get through this again and again.

I think this saved us a lot of time. Personally, while I don't like the low payout rate of some well known URL shortener sites, at least the ads themselves are not disruptive for the visitor.

One a side note, I have a question for everyone:

I don't have my own site just yet but I'm thinking of using the google URL shortener on it in order to see the analytics. Would it then be later possible to change these google URLs to, for example, adf.ly, or would it be better to just use adf.ly from the beginning?

Thanks for the responses!

Oliver

I used http://adf.ly/ and http://adhy.pe/ but the best shortener paying program is http://ouo.io/ and that's because they share the profit from https://www.google.com/adsense/ ads they show while we shorten URLs to earn money. Just give it a try, You won't regret it.
I have worked with adfly before and they do pay but I have never heard of these other two programs. There is still linkbucks which is a similar site but people won't be tripping over themselves to click your link if it has bucks written on it.

Never heard of adhy.pe until now. Adfly banned my account(I linked my FB account with them, for violation of there terms). I appealed but they denied it

I don't know about those two personally but I will want to agree with the reviews here with quo.oi it one of the very best URL shrinking company.their price is reasonable and the have a low mininmum pay out as well. it legit and paying.
