Yep, they saw that most of my earnings came from refferal comission and they banned me for fake reason which i didn't get proves to. They paid me 6 times after my last refferal and when i withdraw from ref comission and earned less, they just banned me. After they got many bad reviews, they just removed their facebook page.

I personally don't think this site has a great reputation and there should be a lot more research into the site. They do ban users for certain reason and like a few others have said people can be banned if the site can't afford to pay them. If there are too many people and not enough advertisers the site will fail and can't afford to pay people for the clicks.

we pay the member who respects the rules of the site, we do not need cheaters

It possible, I have seen sites that technically banned their users just because they can't afford to pay them continuously and sites will be difficult to be tagged scam cos they are paying other users, I suggest you forget the site and move on

Oh sir I am very sure. I even have proofs. According to your payout page (at date when I did the test) UK rates were about around $4.8 if I remeber correctly. I created a test url and see the results.
This is my total earnings.

I only have one link created as you can see

And the stats of the link says I have 4 clicks, out of which 3 were counted, from UK. Hence 0.0036 / 3 gives me 0.0012 with a CPM of 1.2$. See below.

But I see you have changed the payout rates and hopefully, fixed the CPM as well. I will probably test again, since I like your site and the Fake CPM was the only problem. But again, if you have fixed it, I have nothing to complain about
