i'm just ask. between you all who have a po*n site and monetize it..? i wander. in fact im interested. so who have a method and please share with me what must i do in first step

I had one celebrity blog which was based on AVN networks content. But I decided to pull the plug. The reason being Juicyads seems to be the only good ad network. Rest of the other ads don't pay much. And my earning with site ads was like 8$ a month or so. I suggest you to be creative with what you are offering to adult traffic. Otherwise this niche is extremely hard to make money from despite having so many affiliate offers.

You have to raise your budget if you want to make money in adult niche. You can use some of the adult programs which can be directly used with their own landing page. I have tried them on 7search PPC. But honestly it's not going to be easy building something from 0 budget in this niche. Try some other niche instead. You'd have some results even on low budget. Adult niche requires efforts and money to make money.

Your budget should be high for promoting them on internet, I mean in thousands unless you will making pennies per day. You need to hire people for uploading videos or images and also pay them for viewers in the begining part.

What kind of blogs? Like the one explained in my guide?
If yes the reason they closed is of course not profitable, the main reason is posting posts without proper SEO optimization.

Though it was only for Indians, but most of people from US too watch. Yes lack of SEO as they just post from xvideos or other sites and paste them on their sites

My friend should have a fairly high budget if you want to start from scratch because it is difficult especially with a huge number of these sites that you must compete
