Because of corona and lockdown that's happening all over the world, I guess there's more demands for articles about anxiety, depression and the like. Do you see a traffic spike to your site?

Hello, sincerely no... because it`s just a free and new blog and i don`t have money now for domain,host, backlinks etc.
 
thank you so much for offering such value content, I personally suffer from anxiety and sometimes I get panick attacks without any reason and that's really makes me more anxious
 
I also love stuff about mental health. They are helpful in helping you live a fulfilled life. Especially now during this pandemic, many people are facing mental health issues. They need such a blog to keep them inspired.
 
An anxiety attack, people may feel fearful, apprehensive, may feel their heart racing or feel short of breath, but it's very short lived, and when the stressor goes away, so does the anxiety attack. Panic attack on the other hand doesn't come in reaction to a stressor. It's unprovoked and unpredictable.
I have ever experienced an anxiety attack. I just felt so much fear, my heart was racing , I was sweating on the palms and I couldn't think straight. Then I tried relaxation breathing and I cooled down. As for panic attack, I have never experienced it and have never seen anyone with it, only in movies.
 
Wow hearing this, I had to check out ur blog , you know it's rare to find a blog about panic attacks and anxiety, thanks a lot it was really helpful.. keep it up with this because you are changing lifes
