Absa Bank, which operates in South Africa, has blocked the possibility of paying at Bainance Exchange using its credit cards. The private bank said Bainance's activities did not comply with South African regulations. In my Country, The regulation does not allow off-shores forex broker that does not have local regulation to take local clients.
But many of them still operating and many traders are joined and trade on off-shore brokers every day.
Because the Forex Brokers have a scheme called Local Depositor, so instead of deposit their funds to a broker, a trades just need to transfer his funds to a person who manages this Local Depositor, and then the Local Depositor will deposit the funds to the clients' trading account /issue a voucher to be redeemed by the client in their member area.
