Visa, a giant card payment company has said that more than a quarter of small businesses want to accept cryptocurrencies as a means of payment this year.
Visa polled 2,250 small-business owners from nine different nations. Nearly a third of shops in Brazil, Singapore, and other nations are open to accepting bitcoin payments. Only 8% of Canadian respondents said they would allow their clients to pay with digital currencies.

Definitely crypto currency useage have been on the rise and for more adoption to take place there need to be more use by the people ,but am suprised on why most shops in Canada are not supporting it as payment option ,maybe they are more concerned on the volatility of the coin
