An annoymous user has moved a large amount of 69,370 Bitcoin from silk Road wallet , a wallet from a marketplace that has been shut down in 2013.
According to cointelegraph , the user first sent 1 BTC as a test before moving all the remaining coins.
What could be the main reason behind such transaction ?

Movement of coins from one wallet to another can be for various reasons. It might be for some legit reason but sometimes it might just be money laundering. I think this should be investigated

It's probably from hacking, scam, or other illegal things, they wait for years so the transaction would be untraceable. man how could people own that huge amount of money

Yeah but unfortunately for him the transaction open up the sad history associated with the wallet thus he will be having problem exchanging this money .
