There is no secret, just hard work and dedication and this is not a micro job, I have about 2500 - 3000 listings on BidorBuy so this takes daily management.
When you drop-ship there is no investment necessary however I have invested thousands into Lego and have a lot of stock as well. Key sets usually get around 200% ROI in the first 2 years.
