The correct place to ask this is on the main thread but I can try answer these questions for you...

Support is probably so overwhelmed with tickets it seems they stopped answering most of them or all of them (not 100% sure) but personally I have not had any reply to my tickets since mid Feb 2020.
The PIN you need to setup for the withdraw process.
Enter any pin (minimum 4 digits) and save it on paper somewhere where you won't lose it, you will need it each time you withdraw (works like a ATM pin).
