I saw another deal posted for Earnably in the marketplace which has a reply from a member in the UK of joining in the site successfully. So I think it is accepting referrals.

I am not the admin , there :) well ask them directly , please they have the chat facility out there :) They are doing some alterations to the site I guess , plus they do not pay for the comments like cool , good blah blah so do deduct those Virils at the end of the day!

Check out the pending points which have not been converted to dollars. You always will have some points pending. You can also contact the 'Chat' option to ask this query to the Virily support. If they are online, you will get the reply within few minutes. Try it out. Good luck !
