I wish to know if the maximum 4 doge that can be claimed daily is claimed once and you check back after 24 hours or you keep claiming at intervals ?

is will goes in faucetpay microwallet...you need to create an account there if you don't have there then you need to add your dogecoin address.. you can redeem to your dogecoin address when you reach 10 doge(1 doge is fee there)
