someone told me its $0.01 on etherdelta for 1 ats not worth it. A big difference from what authorship have said that it would be $0.15
its better to wait for other exchange like bittrex.

Yeah its better to wait. But even if ATS is listed on bittrex the price won't be $0.15 for long cause a lot of people are gonna dump it.
